The WELL Place, Inc., is sponsoring a seminar on Food Preservation, including canning, freezing and dehydration on May 25th from 2 pm to 4 pm. The public is invited to come learn about the techniques of food preservation their Grandmothers used to stretch the family dollars and keep food on the table.
