Debra and Her Doctor’s Appointment

Debra is a retired mother of adult children who live on their own. She receives monthly social security payments. Getting good health care is a concern for her. She wants her estate affairs to be in good order so that her children are not burdened or confused about her wishes. She is serious about her faith and is enjoys giving back to the community, building friendships, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and traveling.
Doctor’s Office. Debra sees her primary physician for her annual exams. She has a good health record.
Scenario. Debra’s completed her annual physical a few days ago. This morning her primary care physician called and told her that her test results are back and asked her to make an appointment with him.
